To support our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at our Head office in Winsford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, meticulous person with estimating/planning experience who wishes to progress their career within this field.

Main Objectives

Working with the Estimating and Planning team, you will tender for new business by using scaled drawings to create accurate and efficient plans which are translated into a pricing matrix. Working alongside the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for correctly issuing quotations to clients and customers for flooring and interiors.

The Role

We are seeking a confident communicator that is highly proficient in using Microsoft packages and preferably planning software such as Masterpiece. Planning efficiently from measurements or working drawings to produce cost-effective solutions and plans. This role requires a strong analytical mind set with the ability to focus for extended periods of time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, accurate and conscientious individual to join our team.

The Person

  • Strong mathematical and planning skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Masterpiece or equivalent software experience preferred
  • Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritising and multi-tasking effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills using your initiative to overcome obstacles
  • Confident communication skills and strong administration skills

As National Accounts Manager, reporting to the Managing Director your role will be to develop new customer relationships and to meet agreed sales objectives. To ensure our customer’s needs and requirements are exceeded to by offering an efficient, tailored and effective finishes solution.

 

Main Objectives

To develop new customers and to establish and maintain excellent relationships with our existing customer base.

 

The Role

  • Increasing sales through existing markets, partnerships and product / services
  • Planning proposals for new business
  • Assisting in creating development plans and growth projections 

The Person

  • Flooring knowledge essential or currently working in the new build industry
  • To be a real team player, with personality and drive to succeed
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise time and workload
  • High standard of numerical and literacy skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, meticulous Estimator/Planner who wishes to progress their career within this field.

Main Objectives

Working within the Estimating and Planning team, you will be involved in all aspects of working with scaled drawings, creating plans/job sheets and pricing for new build housing developments relevant to specific customer requirements. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, offering guidance and support to ensure installs run perfectly.

 

The Role

Sales Manager – Retail Flooring   £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (OTE)

Ideally, we are seeking an all-round experienced flooring sales advisor that has the enthusiasm to drive the business forward and the personality to succeed.

With this exciting retail opportunity at Saint, you would be joining what we believe to be the best flooring team in the new house build industry within the UK.

The Role

We are looking for a customer focused, highly motivated sales advisor who can build great rapport, establish needs and create a fast-paced turnaround for our surplus stock.

  • – Experienced in various types of flooring – Carpet/LVT/Vinyl/Laminate etc
  • – Experienced in room measurements
  • – A can-do attitude
  • – Forward thinking with the ability to work on their own initiative

Job Summary

Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor with branches covering most of England supplying and installing floor coverings to the new house build industry. Due to our continued growth, we require a Warehouse Operative/Driver to work with the Warehouse Manager and their team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

Main Objectives

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative who wishes to progress their career within this field and to ensure a smooth delivery and collection service across the regions.

The Role

  • Allocating product for daily jobs
  • Taking in deliveries
  • Loading fitters
  • Loading and sorting stock and delivering to new building sites and our other regional offices

 

The Person

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative and can anticipate issues before they arise and can use their own initiative to achieve the right outcome.  In addition, the right person will be;

  • Hold a current driving licence as well as Fork lift truck licence (essential) must be over 21 for our Fleet insurance with a minimum 1 year driving experience (vans)
  • Be physically fit – ability to lift/carry carpets and flooring packs
  • Have good communication skills to build good working relationships
  • Be flexible and can work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

 

Salary – £18,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time 37.75 hours a week, with extra hours as and when required.
