Our Customer Care Commitment

Keeping You Informed

Your designated member of our customer care team will confirm all appointments by phone or email.

A reminder is then sent 24 hours prior to the appointment via “Text Magic” to your mobile device.

This confirms to the client that their appointment is scheduled:

Our clients receive an automated report every Monday morning, via email.
This advises them on the current situation of any outstanding cases.
We send daily updates on all completed works, including our customer satisfaction sheet.
The Saint teams also update any individual client portals with all of the information required.

On completion of works we give the customer the opportunity to provide feedback on the works undertaken.
