We have a dedicated commercial planning and estimation department, each member of the team oversees their own client base to provide a more personable relationship.

We use the latest estimation software working from scale drawings to produce tailored, efficient & cost-effective plans and pricing. This works in line with our commitment to reducing our environmental impact by minimising carpet wastage during the planning process.

Our specialists have extensive product and installation knowledge with guidance and training on offer to Site and Sales teams.

Working closely with our contracts managers, installation teams and customer care department, we deliver exceptional results.

Floor Preparation

At Saint, we understand the difficulties that can emerge when laying flooring. Subfloors can present many challenges, but our knowledge and investment in the right tools, training and technology allow us to overcome them with confidence.

Preparation is key to ensure floors are fitted to the highest quality. Your dedicated Saint Flooring Contracts Manager will be on hand to assist and identify the correct preparation required to achieve the desired result.

We are presented with varying specifications and a multitude of different floor slabs on a regular basis, from sand and cement to anhydrite and Agilia. Once we have been advised on and assessed the type of slab, our team of expert installers set out to prepare all floors to the required standard.

From slab to finished floor

Once the slab is prepared to a satisfactory standard, whatever your chosen floor covering, our expert installers will ensure a first class finish, allowing your customers to move straight into a beautiful new home.

Our Flooring

Health and safety is paramount

Safety is no accident

We have zero compromise when it comes to H&S which is why our Contracts Managers are all SSSTS/SMSTS trained, and our installation teams all have Blue skilled CSCS cards. We believe in continuous improvement so toolbox talks, plot and site inspections are all part of our normal activities. With external professional advice we are fully compliant with the Law and our customers regulations therefore, you can have peace of mind that our operations are conducted professionally and safely.

We believe in the hierarchy of control and have invested in engineered controlled equipment to remove the hazard. All installation teams are face mask fitted by our dedicated testers and for those fitters that have beards through personal choice or because of their religion we have battery powered respirators.
